Get creative & support your community art center!
Rumriver Art Center is growing! While we’ll remain rooted in the fun and quirky Old Milk Factory, we’re thrilled to announce the opening of an additional more accessible location—designed to inspire even more creativity and community. This space is a renovated firehouse in Fridley and formerly the home of the North Suburban Center for the Arts, which holds a special place in the hearts of many. We’re proud to continue their great work of nurturing creativity and community in this historic and inspiring location. Don’t worry—our current location will continue to serve as our hub for creativity, alongside this additional space.
With the addition of another location in Fridley, we are looking for input from our community in the form of ideas, resources, and suggestions for this location’s name! Fill out the Rumriver Art Center – Fridley Location Survey to give us your thoughts.
Kicking off Friday, March 7th with our first ever Gala – “Hats off to Art, Accessibility and Growth!” and continuing with special classes, artist demonstrations and gallery openings on Saturday. Come to the art center, be creative, and have some fun all in support of your local artists and community center. Check out all the ways to support RRAC.
