Saturday, May 2nd & Sunday, May 3rd 2026 / 10am to 5pm both days!

For over 20 years, artists of the North Metro suburbs in Anoka County, Minnesota have opened their studios in the early spring, welcoming visitors to come in, look around and experience the spaces where they create. The North Artists Studio Crawl, a self guided driving tour of a wide variety of artists, work spaces, brings you into the worlds of potters, painters, jewelers, and fine craft artists. Along with a core group of Hosting Artists, the crawl presents a group of artists, each selected and welcomed into the group by one or more of our Hosts.
Chat at Studio C in Nowthen, with internationally recognized glass artist Robinson Scott and his two protégé artists, Oliver McMullen and Riley McMullen, who just happen to be his grandsons, visit the Rum River Art Center to see Anoka’s community art center, and find new artists in your community!
You might see demonstrations at some stops, and you can be sure that you’ll get a chance to chat with the artists, ask lots of questions, and maybe find a treasure or two to buy and take home. Admission to each and every studio is free, so hop in the car, come out and explore! Find us at:
