Two Rivers Art Fair: Drawn Together

Join the City of Ramsey and Rumriver Art Center for the Two Rivers Art Fair: Drawn Together! You will be able to share and sell your art with the community. This event will also feature local food vendors, artist demonstrations, and introductory art classes. Visitors will be able to vote on their favorite artists, with a grand prize for the “People’s Choice Award.”

Setup 7:30 – 9:45am, takedown 4:00 – 6:00pm

Registration is required. Fee is $30 per 10’x10’ display space and additional spaces may be reserved upon request. Youth artists (ages 12-17 years) may register for $15 per artist, per 10’x10’ booth. Display space is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations must be received by 10am on July 1st in order to be included in the program and to make any accommodation requests regarding your booth space. We will continue to take registrations after this date as space allows, but you will not be included in the Art Fair program and we will not be able to accommodate any special requests regarding your booth space.

As this is an art fair, the Art Fair Committee is looking for vendors featuring the fine arts, such as ceramics, painting, fiber works, wood carving, etc. The Committee reserves the right to deny entry based on content and medium. Crafts are not allowed.

Art must be family friendly. Please email sales@rumriverart.com with an example of your artwork. Once we review your artwork we will confirm your registration.

Other Important Information – Need to Know

  • All event communication will be through email.
  • This is a rain or shine event. The event will not be cancelled unless weather poses an imminent threat.
  • Tents, tables and chairs will not be provided. All artists must provide their own tables, chairs and tent, if desired.
  • All booths will be on pavement. Vendors must bring weights (not stakes) to hold down their tent in case of wind. If you are using a tent, weights are required.
  • There will be no refunds of the registration fee.
  • Registration is on a rolling basis. If necessary, registration will close due to limited event space.
  • We do not have carts/flat beds/etc. available, but artists are welcome to bring their own for unloading and booth set up. We hope to have volunteers available to help you unload, but we cannot guarantee it. Artists must plan accordingly and be prepared to unload and set up your booth independently.
