There is major road construction scheduled along Highway 10 for this spring and summer, including the tear down and rebuilding of the 4th Ave bridge. This will significantly affect getting to Rumriver Art Center due to detours and traffic delays on Highway 10 and nearby roadways. We encourage participants to plan ahead and give themselves plenty of time to reach the art center. A quick look at www.511mn.org is also helpful for a look at current traffic conditions.
